About

Natalie was born in beautiful St. George, Utah and she follows a legacy and love of real estate through her bloodline. Her grandmother, Ann Cox Hawkes, was the first woman broker in Washington County, Utah. Her Father, Roger Osness Jr., was an agent, as well as a developer, general contractor, and a true entrepreneur.

Natalie’s personal 14-year experience as a military spouse has given her a depth of knowledge of what it is like to relocate, and starting life anew in an unfamiliar place, and knowing very few people. Living in Utah, Nevada, California, Georgia, North Carolina, and Ohio, she has met and developed life-long friendships with a diverse group of people. She understands the challenges of moving and buying a home in a city you haven't lived in.

You can feel confident that she will understand your special requests, your need for extra communication, your excitement and fear to begin again, and your desire for someone to be patient and kind. You are her priority and relationships are important to her. You can trust that she has your best interests at heart throughout the real estate process. She will work relentlessly for you to get the best value, whether selling or buying, and she will be a tough negotiator and strategic planner.

Natalie has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she is a Mom of four, and she loves living in this beautiful desert. She enjoys visiting the local lakes, hiking, camping, and being with her family. Her passion is helping people, and she can do that by helping you make your dreams come true. Your dream may be a first home, vacation home, retirement home, investment property, or development. Call, text, or email to set up a consultation with her and let’s get started on your dream.
